Cons
New hires into various entry level spots are given little if no training, and are expected to sink or swim. Management tends to not be into touch with workers below them. Salaries and other compensation is on the low end, and in some cases not enough to live on. In some departments, the work load is too great and the amount of workers not enough to complete it. This results in backlog, stress, and an often frenzied pace of work. Some managers micromanage their employees, which makes it even more unpleasant at times.
