Pros
I've learned a great deal about the insurance industry. I have enjoyed the flexible schedule that ICW Group has developed from the pandemic. The flex office schedule allows 2 days per week working from home. It breaks up the week very nicely. My coworkers are very quiet, but kind.
Cons
I have found that the company culture is lacking. Efforts have been made recently to improve this. The lack of full work from home options for Underwriter Technicians is disappointing.
