The second half of 2015 and the first half of 2016 saw loads of change within IDBS in terms of our structure and how we work and I hope you will agree that these changes have been for the better - both for the business and for the great people who work at IDBS.
If you have some recommendations for more improvements then please share these with your line manager or a member of the HR team. We do listen and value your opinions as I believe we genuinely all want the same thing - a great and successful business to work in where we are able to do our best work and learn every day.
