Pros

Exciting industry, very high energy, quality products, if you are on the President's good side, he will give you opportunities and be a generous host.

Cons

Overwhelming work-load and unrealistic expectations. As RSM, you will be inside sales, outside sales, order entry, order follow up etc. Emails will drive 90% of your day. No one seems to be happy working there. 80% Chinese work force

Remote and a pleasant company to work for

The only con is that clients book you through them which does affect when you work. It isnt crazy slow or anything though

Pros

Hands-on Experience: You get to troubleshoot and repair a variety of tech products, which helps improve your hardware and software skills. Supportive Team: Colleagues and management are generally approachable and willing to help with issues. Industry Exposure: Working with payment solutions technology provides valuable experience in a growing field.

Cons

Heavy Workload: The volume of returns can be overwhelming, especially during peak times, leading to high-pressure situations. Lack of Streamlined Processes: Communication between departments can be disjointed, slowing down efficiency and making it harder to resolve technical issues. Limited Career Growth: There aren’t many clear paths for advancement in the RMA tech role without moving into another department or pursuing further certifications.
