Pros
It was a good team until the company lost a huge account, it felt relaxed until it wasn't. You could never tell. All in all, I would say it is a good place if you are a junior but the second you get to a semi-seniority level you should move on.
Cons
Management is there to provide no guide, people come and go, they want to reach too much with too little, main stakeholder is annoying to the point of being a pain in the...re. Paid was méh, the supervisor got into micromanagement and managed to get me to leave as soon as possible.
