Pros
I was a Technical writer for them and I wrote several manuals on how software can be used at beginner, intermediate, and expert levels. The advantage of working with them was that it helped me to grow as a writer knowing about a wide range of various software and also understanding my Ideal audience and how to make them easily understand the use of software.
Cons
The company could do better by giving a permanent role to technical writers because tech companies need writers who understand the goal and the long-term vision of the organization regarding the software and other gadgets they deal with. Technical writers are supposed to give the features of the product and benefit with proper documentation with the best concise language according to your target audience.
