Pros

There are many opportunities to work on and learn about cutting edge technologies from within the country, my manager also encourages a culture of curiosity and openness. I am also treated as an equal despite my young age, in fact I argue that they expect more and hold me to a high regard because I am young which I really appreciate.

Cons

Human resource department is understaffed and outsourced so there are times where there will be slip ups and band-aid solutions. It is only recently that we switched to electronic pay-slips. I wish that we would increase the number of human resource employees and regularize those who have been working with us for quite some time instead of utilizing outsourced services
