1. Not much learnings will you get since it is an established company. 2. Very niche and specific technology so you have to be aware that years of technical experiences in IDEMIA Jakarta may not be applicable in many general tech company. 3. If you are a freshgraduate and still have an urge to learn latest cutting edge technology such (Backend, Frontend, Cloud/DevOps, AI) IDEMIA Jakarta is not the place for you. 4. Multinational company, but i think the salary is no that high compared to other multination tech company in Indonesia
