Pros
Idesco is a fantastic company to work for. It is easy to see: most employees have been working for Idesco for more than 10 years. Some of them have been at Idesco for over 30 years!! I am so proud to work with these amazing people: so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It is the first job that I have when I am actually excited to go to work.
Cons
The only thing that I would change is the desks.

Pros
I love working for Idesco. The teams know so much about security - they truly are experts in what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable and I have already learned so much! There is real leadership at Idesco - the managers are really passionate about their job and clearly encourage growth and development. The office is really nice and the working environment is pretty friendly.
Cons
No compaints. So far so good.
