      Kind of mass recruiter and relatively easy to get in.

      Cons

      Worst ever work culture seen in the industry. Absolute lack of professionalism in treating employees. Never can think about work life balance, the chaotic work environment mainly created by poor execution planning and unrealistic deadlines.
