Small consulting firm that may be able to feel like a "family", unfortunately it was not the case here.

Management was extremely disjointed. All clients of the IT consulting firm were wholly unhappy, and this unhappiness was passed on from management back to employees, who were unaware of the situation. Benefits were expensive, and did not offer employees much in the way of a "benefit".
