Have to work on Saturday, and the start time is very early. There is a very unfriendly attitude from my superior, and the manager lacks empathy, constantly mistreating employees. They indirectly expect employees to work overtime. Additionally, the decision of not to hire new employees has led to an increased workload for the current staffs.
