Pros
Not many. Almost limitless expense account for customer entertainment, but they nickel and dime on other things. The pay plan is lucrative, but lots of pressure to close deals. Think EMC, but worse. Pay is good, benefits average or below average.
Cons
Small company, trying to transition from selling hardware to Cloud and Services. All sizzle, no steak, if you know what I mean. Some top consulting talent, but stretched extremely thin. Sales people range from excellent to horrible. They have trouble retaining people, which is concerning.
