The marketing team goes to employees and forces them to write positive reviews about IDS Next on Glassdoors, when you read soo many superlatives even when your salary comes terribly late and pf is not credited you must doubt how the review is postive.
Cons
They hold back your last months salary, gratuity and other amounts due to you and never pay it. You can send them reminders for years, and nothing will come of it. These are thick skinned folks confident of getting away with thieving hard earned money.
