      Cons

      - Low salaries - Toxic and old-school environment. - Using paper/excel/whatsapp for work instead of using jira/slack. - Pressure. - Blame culture instead of focusing on solving problems - Lack of seniors - They don't take frontend developers/ UI developers/ mobile developers seriously. - No promotions.
