I have recommended several new hires over the years who quickly worked their way up. As a fast growing, healthy tech company with in-demand fraud combatting technology, there is unlimited potential for career growth. We have a very fast paced environment and don't hire employees who aren't a good fit. This helps all of our current top performing employees stay at the top of our game because there isn't any drama to distract from our focus.
The company really focuses on our compensation packages, benefits, 401K (with a higher match rate than industry standard), employee acknowledgement, and our leadership surprises us with things like a month paid salary as a Christmas bonus, or an extra day of paid vacation, etc. If an employee has a personal crisis, or family emergency, we are supported. We truly feel appreciated and taken care of.
It's a breath of fresh air to work in an environment where there are no bad eggs in the company. We have a tremendous and capable team. We feel a part of a team, a work family, and we are all inspired to do our best everyday. We are heard, our ideas are considered and we are supported.
