Pros

-Most of the staff is either nice or neutral, no backstabbing -Cafeteria on campus -Some teams have work from home option 1 day or more per week at manager discretion -Other amenities like Brita water wall dispensers in various places on each floor, clean bathrooms, walking desk meeting room, nice looking campus, courtyard with garden outside of cafeteria where you can eat at picnic tables, public wooded area next to building with walking path -Maternity leave package is pretty good (relatively) and has improved

Cons

-Managers are barely trained and same with directors -Volunteers make a lot of the decisions but don't work in the offices to see the needs firsthand -Egos abound in upper management and volunteers -IT department is treated badly -HR is completely ineffective -Diversity program was started but is pretty lame -- no real diversity initiatives that matter (they do potlucks, art shows, but no resource groups) -Teams all asked to cut costs way down so headcount is stagnant despite growth, but they still spend crazy money on things that aren't necessary (sending staff across the world to events where they aren't essential, teams working in silos producing duplicate or triplicate work, etc.) -Nepotism ...serious nepotism
