      Everyone is friendly. The staff can make it seem like it's a family

      Cons

      Family is not what you are looking for in a job. You will be requested to do things outside of work hours. But not too often. Things can get very south when you are trying to leave.

      This used to be the gold standard in sponsorship training, consulting and valuation.

      Cons

      It's not the same company -- Small staff, no longer the leader in sponsorship consulting and valuation.
