Pros
Good benefits and everything looks nice on the surface. I joined on when the logistics industry was rapidly growing, and it was great for a short period of time.
Cons
-Nights and weekend work for no extra pay -lousy dental insurance -Windows support only I saw many good people come and go over the years. Some were needlessly fired. And some left out of frustration due to favoritism and shoddy management. It is apparent that IEL is unable to retain talented people. I cannot recommend this company for how I was treated. Every one-on-one was positive and I was encouraged to keep at it. Then I was fired with no notice. The IT department is on borrowed time with advancements in AI and their questionable practices. I don’t see any future there.
