Pros
Free to be your own boss, but always questioned on your decisions, even when your facility is beating expectations by 20 to 40%.
Cons
Upper Management was rude, vulgar, and very over the top in it's treatment of the folks in the field getting it done for them. I'm sure those managers knew who they were, no management skills what so ever, just bullied and beat down several great employees until they decided to leave. Real professionals won't take that treatment for very long.
