Terrible senior manager currently in AML. Said individial is enabled by a superior who does nothing to address this, plays favourites and gaslights certain high performers without ever valuing them fairly. Toxic senior manager belittles certain people’s hard work after they were put in a position to fail. Your time isnt respected, promotions arent always based on merit, your development is of zero concern to them.
