Focus too much on things that do nothing to enhance morale, productivity or efficiency which leads to fatigue and a lot of staff turnover which causes a cycle of constant training meaning cover for tasks lies with those that have the experience constantly. Very hard develop career as a result. Pay is also poor compared with the work that is put in.
