      Pros

      Good products, good talent, salaries are slightly above the profesional median.

      Cons

      Terrible locations, New Jersey. Stuffy "old world" management styles from the Executive leadership. It's totally money motivated with a 70's style of management. Long a go gave up all of there employee activity incentives, BBQ's, Sports, extracurricular employee functions.
