      Pros

      IFF has grown substantially over the last five years and although change management could be better, the company has still managed to stay true to its people. The amount of opportunity for employees and commitment to success from leadership makes for a thriving work environment.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
