      Pros

      Office is pretty nice and new. Compensation is alright.

      Cons

      Management binds the foreign employees by making them sign the contract fixed for two years and in case of termination, contract obliges employees to pay 3 months of their gross salaries back to the company which is incredible and making most of the employees unhappy about their status.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
