      Good Place to work. No work pressure Good Increment. Employee benefits

      Since i am an IT guy, i cannot comment on their core business Fragrance & Flavors. As part of IT, it was driven with old technology and it is now changed completely. IT dept was fired globally by Management Decision and given to Vendor. they treated employee well until last working day and sent with good benefits compare to other IT service sector firms.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
