Pros
Plenty of hours and OT if you want it. Some downtime during some parts of the year. Great 401K Job is easy to learn assuming you can read and write.
Cons
Lowest paying SL1 job in the plant. Management promotes their friends over hardworking employees. Blatant favoritism by management and shift leads. Real lack of accountability for anyone who’s there over a year. (Union protects everyone after their first year) Mandated during your weekends off if absolutely brutal. Not climate controlled, summer was horrendously hot!
