      Good co workers, growth opportunities if you speak up and advocate for yourself.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility for certain people/departments. Pay is not that great it will take you a long time to see growth

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
