      Working environment is great international culture in the GSC Budapest It is easy to talk to high management, very open Worki life balance is good

      Salaries are low and work load is high, management only promise to increase salaries but they don't Not very organized in terms of communication to employees

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
