      Pros

      I love the people at IFF. Most work hard and will help each other out. The job gives a lot of variety and opportunities-just not within the team.

      Cons

      Benefits get worse each year. Maybe a cultural thing but it seems you can no longer fire under performers. They are just a drain on everyone else. Management could care less about you.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
