      Salary is a bit higher compare to the other Service Center office in Budapest

      The communication chain is not clear from the top management in GSSC to the below hierarchy (No transparency), and performance review and promotion based on subjective matter, not being objective at all, lastly the politics inside management it's too obvious.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
