      Good leave policy, flexibility for WFH as needed for administrative positions, can feel proud about what is being manufactured.

      Cons

      Company expanded too quickly and is unable to function as a large company. It feels like the company is slowly drowning.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
