      IFF has very Talented Technical Teams

      Awful Integration, Siloed Company / Bad Leadership. The merger between IFF and DuPont was a bad decision that was accelerated with forced synergies, unreasonable goals and people across the board organization trying to claim credit for pipeline projects to protect their jobs.

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
