The role should be called Admin associate instead of Research Associate - you are forced to waste your time doing useless things that can be given to a much lower skilled person. The only way to move up is to suck up to a few seniors. No appreciation for talent. There is no feeling of camaraderie among people. Poor culture. Senior managers will literally bully you. And once you are on field, expect to get zero support from office. They are trying to teach finance to the world and their own finances are always screwed up
