Pros
They do have some very talented people who care about the company and they are located in a small town and help the community. They are growing so hopefully some key players will be replaced which would be a great advantage to the company.
Cons
The downside to this company is that they hire to much family and this causes a lot of internal problems within the staff. The benefits are not good for a medium sized company and not managed well. Even though the company has seen growth that has not reflected on some office staff and very little on production. There is a glass ceiling in this company.
