      Pros

      There are lots of good people working in the engineering org. Some of the smartest people around.

      Cons

      Leadership still seems to be finding a way to stay relevant in the AI era. Money seems to be an issue; there were 2 re-orgs (read: layoffs) during my tenure.

      Great people and product to work on. Good standard benefits package.

      Cons

      Leadership dysfunction and office is located in a not very safe part of San Francisco.

I'm happy to say that over the past 2 years, we have had many changes to our Leadership team and are continuing to make efforts to make it even more. Since the pandemic, we have moved to a fully remote company, which has been well received from our employees. We are constantly looking for ways to improve IFTTT for our users and employees and appreciate feedback whether positive or negative.
