In my time at IFTTT, I've found the team to be largely welcoming and friendly. There is a strong sense of culture and team spirit. There are so many smart and capable people who bring their particular expertise and apply it to solving problems, strategizing and planning. IFTTT management is supportive and places a high degree of value on team input and feedback. I believe it's possible to be heard and make an impact.
