Positive and realistic motivation from management. Common sense rules. Company is growing now and can offer a lot of opportunity for quick personal career growth.
Cons
Company being German owned has a somewhat dissociated operating environment. The European arm of the company operates differently and sometimes insists on implementing processes that are difficult or non starters in NA.
