      Pros

      SG GM is good human being. Fairly good benefit and pay, that's about it.

      Cons

      The entire company was exclusively Chinese people. Demanded long working hours but all for nothing eventually, especially if you're assigned to a team with weak leadership. The teams in charge of new games does not last long (almost all got laid off save for a few key members) Management has poor communication skills and can't be trusted sadly.

      The work environment is very nice, and the team is cooperative and does everything they can to provide the best service to the company and the players
