Pros

Little overtime, cause nobody really cares, since upper managements don't really know what they are doing, if you make them happy or part of their family, you are safe for a lot of things.

Cons

upper managements are all family members who don't really know anything about gaming, extreme politics going on within the company, people are afraid to do things that might anger the amateur upper managements. no respect for the employees, none of the senior officers are result driven, more like self money driven and do the things CEO loves. and from an overall 1.7 rating, this company's still here's nothing but luck . a senior officer can spend 500k on a useless video project and yet, a capable regional manager needs to go 50 steps to get a $5000 marketing budget approved and most of the time it doesn't. Every key positions in the company are held either by upper management's family members or their favorite pets who are just incapable as they are.

Despite IGG being in the gaming industry for over a decade, we do realize we still have a lot to learn from both our players and our employees. Please don’t hesitate to message our HR department directly at jobs.cn@igg.com so we can continue to receive feedback to improve IGG for all of our employees. If you feel comfortable letting us know, we would appreciate if you inform us which branch you worked at to allow us to know where the foundation of our improvement strategy shall start.
