Pros
With IGG, I have nothing but good words to say when it comes to the environment. May it be with the management and my colleagues, the company has created a friendly and engaging work environment that I much commend to this day even after 7 years of working. They are also extremely considerate when it comes to personal and work-related struggles, making sure that hard situations met by employees are addressed. An example of this was through providing a WFH set up in cases of events and extreme weather conditions, which all of us are grateful for.
Cons
Since the company is still full on-site (eventhough sometimes WFH is allowed due to calamities and events), I do have a hard time with my travel and transportation since I live on the far north within the city.
