The culture is toxic and the lack of accountability is mind blowing. There is no training whatsoever at this place. If you want to be set up for failure I highly recommend this place. The number of people leaving this Charlotte office is profound. Nobody is held accountable at this place. The "HR dept" is a complete joke. I have never worked somewhere when the person that's supposed to be HR is petty and does unscrupulous things. In all of my years of working I have never experienced anything like this. If you get a call from a recruiter for this place PLEASE RUN!!!! If you are looking for a place of employment that runs like a high school please apply.
