Good coworkers, very interesting chemical work with research and understanding needed. Cupcake day for birthdays, free coffee, and paid lunches are nice.

Deteriorating facility, lack of investment in basic of the plant. Plant closed.
Poor managment from top to bottom. Local management changed extremely frequent. No respect, no royalty, no strategy and only cost reduction by force people resign. Management only want to sell the company and get their bonus in 2 years, nothing else.
