It was hard work, but great people to work with, especially the other scientists. They were incredibly helpful coworkers. Also, the company seemed interested in fostering improved morale and making improvements in general.

The labs were disconnected from each other on the property site so there was quite a bit of being exposed to the elements when needing to get from one lab to to the other. Not a terrible thing when the weather is nice, however. It’s possible this has been fixed by now, they were working on that.

Pay is good but you need to negotiate well

Poor managment from top to bottom. Local management changed extremely frequent. No respect, no royalty, no strategy and only cost reduction by force people resign. Management only want to sell the company and get their bonus in 2 years, nothing else.
