As a BDR, my main focus is prospecting accounts in my territory and booking product demonstrations, and I’ve felt supported every step of the way. The leadership team genuinely cares about both culture and career development — they make sure everyone has the tools and guidance needed to succeed. What really sets Gravity apart is how aligned the entire organization is. The AEs, BDRs, and leadership all work together seamlessly with a shared vision and strategy. There’s a real sense of cohesion here — everyone is rowing in the same direction, and that makes a huge difference in day-to-day motivation and performance. No cons that I can think of!

There are some decent folks here outside of the leadership team.

Horrible mismanagement, hemorrhaging funding, and a ELT that will have you pulling your hair out. Subpar product, no market fit, no plans to make it better. They will plan meetings just to chew you out. You will be thrown under the bus and used as a scapegoat. Anything you say will be used against you. They will harass and demean you under the guise of “penalty free coaching” yet you won’t learn anything other than they enjoy the belittlement. Get ready for hours of meaningless busy work that will contribute 0% to your overall success.
