During my time at IGNITE, I can feel that everyone in the team takes their work very seriously, and that everyone actually thinks about others and helps each other, rather than just pushing others to finish their work. As a Junior Developer, I didn't know much about the projects and the company's business in the beginning, so I often had to ask my colleagues some seemingly "silly" questions. But you can rest assured that everyone at IGNITE will be patient and answer your questions, making you feel like a whole team, not a group of office workers with poor information and fragmentation. In my dev-team, tech-lead Will is a young guy, but a "veteran programmer". He answered every question I had during my tenure. The point is, that he answered EVERY question patiently, and I received detailed and professional comments on EVERY code review. You can imagine how much you can learn here. I can say that IGNITE has taught me more than what I can bring to this company. In a nutshell, you can learn a lot by coming here and you will love the work atmosphere.
