My journey was going good with IGT but during the mid of my training my trainer informed me that my BGC/BGV has turned out to be negative. So, my trainer couldn't allow me to sit in the training batch and she guided me to coordinate with my recruiter to know the reason for it. I was persistently trying to contact my recruiter but he barely answered my phone call when I called from my friend's number. He told me that I stated that I have 12 months of experience during my interview in the Operations Round while during the session which was held among two of the superiors and me, confronts that I have 6 months of experience which is true as it was my commitment. I want to highlight that I have 6 months of experience and I submitted the genuine documents for that. If I would want to do any falsification so I would simply have submitted a fake document to prove it but on the basis of my integrity I did not dare to do that. I did not commit any fake statement anytime and you may listen to the call recordings to find the error because I always try to secure my dignity. You should be holding the call records of my Operations Round in order to say and to prove that I falsified my statements at different point in times. This company terminated me and they even did not give me salary for the training days.
