Pros
Company seemed to be very nice at first. But it was not so because during Covid19 out break it was not supporting its employees. On asking about updates on work from home or about salary they just kept telling that they don't have any updates and the same was going for the month. And after a month they informed us that the company will start operating soon and we will get work from home and even asked us to collect assets from the company for the same. But after 1 week they suddenly terminated the new joiners without any prior intimation. And after terminating they called us just to show their so called sympathy which is of no use when they already terminated us.
Cons
Without intimation termination letter sent to all employees with just 30 days of notice period amount during Covid 19 pandemic situation. No trust in this company. Very less job security.
