Poor management. Family and friends run the show so no room for advancement,also very unaproachable. Randomly will change schedules to "fit" their favorites. Cameras everywhere and they watch and comment on everything! Everyone who is there is still looking for something else unless your one of the "chosen favorites". There are maybe 2 managers who you would enjoy working for who really seem to know what they are doing and how to talk to people.
