The company is the worst. All reviews are fake, and employees are forced to give positive reviews. There are sycophantic employees in the company. Seniors exhibit very rude behavior towards employees, and there is no proper management. There is no professionalism; they communicate in Gujarati in group discussions. People who lack proper English skills are allowed to communicate with clients just because they have been with the company for a long years. At the time of joining, they promise something entirely different, so be cautious about their policies. If you leave during the probation period, they do not pay your salary. Be careful before joining this company.
